LG Roofing Repairs and Materials Inc, doing business as LG Roofing Materials, sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, order confirmations, pickup and delivery scheduling and updates, and other customer service messages about your order or inquiry.
With your separate consent, we may also send marketing messages, such as specials, promotions, and stock arrival news. Agreeing to quote and order messages does not sign you up for marketing messages.
You may agree to receive text messages from LG Roofing Materials by giving us your mobile number and consent, for example when you request a quote or estimate, place an order, or text us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Our quote request form has two optional, unchecked boxes: one for quote and order messages and one for marketing messages. If you call us and we miss your call, we may send one text to the number you called from to follow up.
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and order activity.

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. If you ask us to stop in any other way, such as a call, an email, or a text in your own words, we will honor it. To start receiving texts again, reply START.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
